2tinycowboys v41.5

I have spent a great deal of time rewriting 2tinycowboys from scratch in Gamemaker Studio 2, due to several reasons (mainly since the GM:S version is rather messy in terms of code, assets, etc.) and as such I have yet to reimplement all of the features (such as 4-player and barber), but rest assure that I am hard at work. For now I present to you 2tinycowboys version 41.5 - much improved in terms of playability and slightly nicer graphics.
